GROUP WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUTS
- Train with family, friends, co-workers!
- Current (as of March 2010) group clients are all women ages 25-50 yr with an average age of 30 yr. This is not meant to be exclusive or elitist--I've included the age information because many new clients are curious and ask. Age is not a factor and you'll be grouped with those at or near your fitness level.
- Group training times depend on the unique schedules of the group clients I have at the time.
- Exercises are done in a circuit allowing for individual modifications.

The first session and consultation are coupled together for 1 hr 20 min and costs the same as an individual session.
If you choose, body fat and body circumference measurements will be performed during the consultation (7-site skinfold to test for body fat percentage).

- 60 min total with 30 min circuit-style strength training and 30 min cardio drills.
PRIVATE STRENGTH WORKOUTS
- 60 min of strength training designed to improve your sport, dance, and/or personal strength goals.
