I've lost 10 lbs, decreased in pant size from 12 to 8, and feel stronger than I have in 15 years. This year, I am definitely looking forward to swimsuit season!

When I started working with Mollie, I had just finished an at home work out program. It seemed to work, and I had lost 15 pounds. But after the 15 pounds came off, I wasn’t continuing to lose and needed some support. So I started working with Mollie. She got me on a great meal plan and did a great job pushing me in my workouts not only with her, but followed up with me on the cardio I was to be doing on my own time. In about 3 to 4 months with Mollie, I lost an additional 10 pounds and reached my goal of getting back to the 130’s. She has been great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

I noticed a co-worker of mine was slimming down and really toning up, so I finally asked her what her secret was. She told me that she was doing personal training with Mollie Black and asked if I wanted to come along and try it out. With my wedding coming in eight weeks, I decided to give it a try.
Being a large woman, I was nervous about going to see a trainer, but I instantly felt at ease with Mollie. She created a personal nutrition and exercise plan for me, and we did circuit training with her twice a week.
With the diet and exercise guidelines Mollie suggested and the high intensity workouts with her, I lost almost twenty pounds in those two short months! I had to have my wedding dressed taken in at the last minute, what a great feeling that was!
The workouts were hard, but Mollie always made it fun and mixed it up so I never got bored and never gave up. I felt muscles that I have never worked before and the diet plan she gave me kept me feeling satisfied instead of starving.
After my wedding I moved to another state, but the foundation that Mollie instilled in me stayed intact. I have continued to work out at the gym and Mollie even sent me some self-guided circuit workouts to keep me going without having access to a personal trainer.
Whether you are fit and looking to tone or big and looking to lose, I would whole-heartedly recommend Mollie. She goes the extra mile to help you figure out the things that work for you personally, is very motivating, and very knowledgeable about health and fitness!!

Before Reveal Makeover, I had a hard time staying motivated in an exercise routine and often found myself bumbling around the gym with no idea what I needed to do. Reveal Makeover gave me the motivation and pushed me to reach my goals. After I started training I lost 16 lbs, decreased my body fat percentage by 9%, and dropped 3 pant sizes. My posture has improved and I have less cramping and knots in my back from my circuit training. I have learned great workouts, many of which I can do at home, and actually look forward to working out. I am currently training for a half marathon and hope I can run a marathon sometime in the near future!
