Training Location for all workouts is Specialty Training Inc, 421 W Riverside Ave STE 104, 252 Spokane, WA 99201. Contact Mollie Black, 509-863-8874, to request another location such as a home, apt/condo complex, or office gym.
Step Two: Decide Monthly Package |
Choose how many workouts in a month or 4-week period (28 days) you'd like to complete. Payment is expected in full at the beginning of the 4-week period by cash or check made out to Mollie Black. For other payment arrangements please contact Mollie Black 509-863-8874. A 4-week period begins the day of your first workout and payment. After your 4-week period ends any unused workouts expire.
- 8-16 workouts/month: Your monthly membership to Specialty Training Inc is FREE.
- 1-7 workouts/month: A monthly membership to Specialty Training Inc totaling $27.18 with tax is required or $43.48 with spouse.
8-16 workouts/month is the best training option to acheive your weight loss or strength goals the fastest. You'll be amazed by how quickly you improve.
